Our website service provider (BoxWebs Ltd) acts as the online custodian of the society's membership information under Pifflers direction and control.

Personal information is maintained while you are a member of the society. Should your membership lapse then the information is retained for a further calendar year and then removed from the records. Booking information is maintained for audit and accounting purposes but this is limited to booking information, payment totals and your user name and email address.
Opt-Out
Pifflers will respect your wishes and provide the facility for you to unsubscribe from any email communications that you may receive from us. To unsubscribe via email at info@pifflers.org.uk with the words ‘Unsubscribe Emails from Pifflers’ in the subject line.
